Introduction and Approach:
My philosophy is that good design must be functional, long-lasting, and beautiful.
If it's functional, it will be well used.
If it's long-lasting, it will be an investment.
If it's beautiful, it will touch your spirit.
I am a registered landscape architect (RLA) in Pennsylvania focusing on design solutions that strive to connect people with each other and with their environment. I like to think that my design approach is not constrained by a certain style, but instead is shaped by the unique character of the site and the particular needs of the client. My projects range in scale and scope and include residential, commercial, municipal, health care, and campus landscape design. Whether the objective is to develop vibrant and memorable public spaces or create calming and restorative private retreats, my professional responsibility is to represent the best interests of the client, the health and well-being of the user, and the ecology of the site.
I work for the Campus Planning + Design office of Penn State University during the day and maintain a private practice on the side. Please explore my website and do not hesitate to contact me to discuss your project. Thanks for visiting!
